Almonds & Fig Cantucci, 200 grams

Cantucci, sometimes called Biscotti, are a dry, crunchy cookie most often with almonds and dipped in vin santo. Originated in Prato, Italy, they were supposedly cooked to last long trips.

Each crunchy "Cantucci" is hand cut and twice-baked in the traditional fashion. Chunks of dried figs and almonds make for a perfect, not-too-sweet treat. Dip in espresso or vin santo!
