Lazzaroni's legendary amaretti cookies, or Amaretti Di Saronno, are crafted from a mixture of sugar, apricot kernels, and egg whites. The results of Lazzaroni's traditional process are crisp, airy cookies with a distinctive bittersweet flavor.
