Cima di Rapa Centoventina. 120 days to full maturity, though it may be ready around 90 days.

Largest head of the three cima di rapa. Very assertive taste. Can be grown from transplants but easiest from direct seed. Will do best in spring or fall. One seed/inch in rows 12 inches apart planted about 1/2 inch deep. Keep well watered until germination. Thin to one plant every six inches (you can let them grow some and pull the baby plants and toss in a salad or cook). 12 gram packet. Approximately 300-450 seeds per gram.
