A different and delicious Pesto from Liguria. A flavorful pesto made with sundried tomatoes and basil, and is ideal with Ligurian pasta such as Trofie or Trenette. It is a perfect balance of the sweet basil and tart sundried tomatoes.
Ingredients: Extra virgin olive oil (43%), sundried tomatoes (25%), tomato pulp, Genovese DOP basil (7.5%), salt, cashew nuts, DOP Grana Padano cheese (milk, salt, rennet, lysozyme egg protein), vinegar, beet. Acidity regulator: citric acid.
