Liguarian Bruschetta Sauce
A delicious blend of excellent high quality vegetables including bell peppers, tomatoes, sundried tomatoes, olives and extra virgin olive oil. Although this is actually a tapenade, we love to add a few tablespoons of this spread to a bland tomato sauce to make it much more interesting for serving with pasta.
Bruschetta recipes vary widely from region to region in Italy. The simplest bruschetta is from Rome in which you simply grate a piece of garlic over toasted bread and drizzle olive oil over it.
Ingredients: Bell peppers, tomato pulp, sundried tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil, pitted Taggiasca olives, salt, garlic, citric aid.
