Contadini Cherry Tomato, Slow Roasted in Olive Oil

These intensely tasty small tomato halves are prepared in a traditional Pugliese way in which they are slow roasted then marinated and jarred. This allows the tomato to be tender and juicy, thereby preserving the full flavor of the fresh tomatoes grown in this sun drenched area of southern Puglia. They are ready to eat and we suggest you use them on bread, in a sauce, or as simple antipasto.
