The original recipe of the master chocolatiers treasures a long pastry tradition and offers a small jewel of sweetness and balance. The chocolate used contains exclusively cocoa and cocoa butter as per the original recipe. The 500 gram bulk bag contains approximately 48 individually wrapped pieces in a clear plastic bag. Can be sold intact, by the piece or mix and match by weight. Cremino is often displayed in shops in Italy in beautiful glass apothecary containers alongside Baratti & Milano Gianduiotti and fruit candies. Ingredients: sugar, hazelnuts (28%), cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, soy lecithin emulsifier. It may contain traces of other nuts. Storage: Store in a cool dry place.
